Job description

Job Title: HR Account Manager

Location: Remote/Foreshore, Cape Town

Reporting to: HR Manager

Probationary Period: 3 months

Working Hours & Setup: 40 hours per week, Mondays to Fridays, 09:00 to 18:00.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for HR-related matters.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell our services, ensuring clients are aware of the full range of solutions we offer.

  • Collaborate strategically with our recruiters, providing them with regular feedback on client hiring needs and preferences.

  • Employee Onboarding: Prepare and distribute onboarding forms, offer letters, and employment contracts and coordinate the sourcing and delivery of IT equipment for new hires.

  • HR Guidance: Provide guidance on employee relations issues, HR compliance matters, and best practices. Manage employees through their probationary period, disciplinary processes, and offboarding procedures.

  • HR Procedures: Conduct and chair disciplinary hearings, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • HR Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for clients.

  • Employee Offboarding: Manage the offboarding process, including sending offboarding emails tailored to the nature of the departure. Oversee the collection and return of IT equipment from departing employees.

  • General Client Requests: Handle changes to employment contracts such as salary adjustments and working hours. Provide general HR advice and support as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably within an EOR or similar environment.

  • Strong understanding of South African labour law, regulations, and best practices.

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Key Benefits:

R15,000.00 - R17,000.00
