MBL Technologies is seeking a Program Analyst - (Cybersecurity Ops.) to immediately join our team. The Program Analyst plans, analyzes, and evaluates the effectiveness of operating programs. The individual will use source data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and business processes. Ability to use qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of the operations.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs.
- Evaluate the the effectiveness of programs and business processes using the data source.
- Assess the effectiveness of of the operations using qualitive and quantitative analytical skills.
- Conduct research, analyze data, identify trends, and prepare reports.
- Analyze programs, policies, procedures, and systems, and make recommendations to optimize.
- Assist program managers with the development of budgets and schedules, tracking all metrics.
- Advise program managers with planning, testing, and implementing new programs or systems.
- Prepare detailed reports for management and other departments by analyzing and interpreting data
- Prepare, develop, and maintain policies and procedures that provide guidance in accordance with federal and NIST information security and privacy requirements.
- Define and utilize statistical methods to solve industry-specific problems in varying fields.
Skills & Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree required, preferable in mathematics, statistics, computer science or related field.
- Five or more years of experience as a Program, Business, and/or Management Analyst.
- Ability to collect and analyze complex data sets.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to complete milestones and work toward multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to use necessary database and software products.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Project.
