  • Security and Compliance: Support data security initiatives and ensure compliance with data governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Decision-Making: Tackle complex problems, challenge assumptions, and make high-impact decisions with limited information and uncertainty.
  • Architecture and Integration: Design and implement modern data architectures using cloud platforms and a variety of database technologies, including relational, NoSQL, and cloud-based services (e.g., Azure, Snowflake, BigQuery).
  • DevOps and Continuous Improvement: Oversee CI/CD and DevOps processes, including code reviews, ensuring high-quality data integration and development practices.

  • Expertise in data integration and ETL patterns (batch, streaming, API/microservices) and hands-on experience with tools like ADF, Synapse, and Databricks.
  • Ability to design conceptual, logical, and physical data models for efficient data storage and analysis.
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps processes.
  • Experience with GenAI/LLM and MLOps/AIOps technologies is a plus.
