Line Manager- Tietoevry Create (m/f/d)

Location: Szczecin/Wrocław

Your responsibilities:

Together with your colleagues you are responsible to guide and coach our development teams to build a solid foundation for creating high-quality products for our customers.

We are looking for a leader and coach to continue building on our Lean and Agile journey and taking our product development to the next level.

You will be leading a team with mixed backgrounds and competences that builds up our development teams. This includes e.g. SW developers, Test Engineers and System Designers.

Example of activities are:

  • managing and coaching the team, empowering them to take the next step in their profession
  • develop capabilities within the team
  • participate in team work from time to time to keep up your touch on technologies and ways of working (if times allows)
  • attracting new employees and building a network of sub-contractors to be able to fulfill the overall needs of the organization
  • build a culture where we take great pride in our work, quality and respect our colleagues
  • monitor and manage some of the projects we are responsible for

We expect you to:

  • be a open-minded leader that have a good understanding of software development and business related fields
  • have a strong drive combined with a proactive way of working
  • have networking skills, openness to cooperation and negotiation with different business partners and establish productive partnership
  • have a strong ability to develop concepts, presentation materials and papers
  • have willingness to undertake new challenges
  • have fluent English
