We are seeking a professional to Manage the retail program of our Cargo Van and Pickup truck fleet. The BE/BP Retail Program Manager will oversee the sales of our Cargo Van and Pickup truck Fleet, they will manage inventory at our local sales locations, monitor and adjust pricing, work with our programming team to update website, develop and update promotional materials and sales supplies for sales locations.
Key responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining relationships with local sales locations, and other Customer service team members.
Provide excellent customer service and assist in the sales of vehicles.
Keeping track of For Sale inventory and rotate or replace as needed
Review and approve vehicle condition reports for accuracy and U-Haul compliance Standards.
Develop and implement advertising and promotional materials.
Ability to expand and develop additional retail sales tactics to assist in growth of sales.
Work with existing sales goals and developing strategies for achieving these goals
Work with Customer service representatives and provide support with BE/BP sales and authorizations.
Completing sales paperwork and ensuring all transactions comply with legal and company policies
Maintaining a deep knowledge of the features and benefits of current fleet models and manufacturers.
Ability to handle both inbound and outbound phone calls pertaining to available inventory.
Ability to negotiate sales price within marketing guidelines and trends.
Self-motivated individual who is capable of independent work.
