Key Responsibilities

  • Address all levels of mortgage collections inquiries, including payment processing, establishing repayment plans, and negotiating solutions for delinquent accounts.
  • Handle inquiries and Level 1 complaints via phone, with an emphasis on achieving first-call resolutions.
  • Oversee delinquent accounts and initiate necessary collection actions.
  • Operate effectively in a structured, high-energy atmosphere while meeting key performance metrics, emphasizing quality and productivity.
  • Advocate for our products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet individual and team goals tied to service level agreements and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Evaluate risks in business decisions, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders (mortgagors, real estate agents, investors) and various internal departments.

Qualifications
