REMOTE Territory Sales Manager (Green, Eco-Friendly, Packaging Company)

Location: REMOTE - United States

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 + Uncapped Commissions (1st yr. OTE: $120K+)

Job Type: Full Time

Travel: up to 25% domestic within your assigned territory

Typical Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible time zones)

Act as an ambassador for the company’s mission and values

Advocate for sustainable practices

Raise awareness about the importance of eco-friendly packaging

Develop and execute sales strategies

Conduct outbound prospecting

Prepare and present sales proposals

Achieve revenue targets and increase market share for packaging solutions

Organize and track client account information in CRM database

Meet assigned quarterly and annual sales goals

Travel to client sites to perform demos or nurturing activities

Collaborate with marketing and client services team on go-to-market strategies
