Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated CRM Data Engineer to enhance our CRM Marketing team in a fully remote capacity. This pivotal role will focus on establishing and upholding rigorous quality assurance protocols for our internal customer data platform, ensuring optimal integration with a variety of internal and external services. Your contributions will be essential in bolstering the quality and dependability of our data systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity and precision of our customer data platform.
• Facilitate seamless data integration between internal platforms and external services, including managing data pipelines and necessary transformations.
• Leverage your expertise in cloud databases and API integrations, utilizing services such as Amazon Web Services (Redshift, S3, Lambda) and Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery).
• Apply your strong programming skills in Python and SQL to enhance data workflows and system efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine the internal customer data platform, adapting to evolving business necessities and technological advancements.
• Diagnose and resolve data-related challenges, employing troubleshooting techniques to enhance system stability.
• Develop thorough documentation for quality assurance processes and data workflows, providing periodic updates on system performance.
• Work closely with developers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and align data solutions with business goals.
