Job Overview

We are in search of a proactive and strategic Talent Consultant to join our esteemed Human Resources team. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage in talent acquisition initiatives aimed at attracting exceptional candidates to fill key leadership roles within our organization. You will be integral to our dynamic team, focused on fostering relationships and implementing effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute innovative recruitment strategies to engage passive candidates in a competitive landscape.
  • Oversee the comprehensive recruitment process, encompassing candidate sourcing, evaluation, interview coordination, and logistical management.
  • Provide insightful coaching and support to hiring authorities and search committees, ensuring adherence to best practices in recruitment.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential candidates through active networking and engagement.
  • Develop and present training materials focused on effective hiring practices and talent acquisition methodologies.
  • Leverage talent acquisition platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, to broaden outreach and attract top-tier talent.
  • Collaborate with campus partners to manage candidate pipelines and facilitate the interview process for finalists.
  • Lead or support strategic programs aimed at enhancing the overall recruitment process.
  • Amplify our employer brand through the organization of information sessions and participation in recruitment events.

Qualifications

  • Preferred qualifications include a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, alongside experience in higher education, coaching, public speaking, project management, and customer service.
