Description

Are you a dynamic Salesforce expert with a passion for building relationships and driving sales? We're looking for a talented Salesforce Account Executive to join our fully remote team. In this role, you'll be the go-to advisor for prospective clients, helping them understand how Salesforce can transform their business. You will manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, while collaborating with internal teams and utilizing resources such as Salesforce channel partnerships, marketing, and sales engineering support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Salesforce Account Executives to engage new clients effectively.
  • Identify and cultivate leads within the Salesforce ecosystem to generate new business opportunities.
  • Gain a deep understanding of each client's business needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Oversee all phases of the sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, project scoping, creating presentations and SOWs, and negotiating contracts.
  • Collaborate with technical delivery teams to ensure estimates align with delivery standards and client expectations.
  • Translate customer requirements into detailed multi-phase roadmaps with clear scopes and estimates.
  • Clearly articulate the complex features of Salesforce to ensure clients fully understand the value during the sales process.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience selling Salesforce solutions, with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Communities, and Financial Services Cloud.
  • 5-10+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions in the Financial Services sector, including Wealth Management, Banking, Insurance, and Investment firms.
  • Proven track record in selling to both SMB and Commercial Market accounts.
  • Experience working in a channel partnership sales environment.
  • Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to uncover client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Excellent ability to articulate ROI and build compelling cases for Salesforce implementations.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Skilled in forecasting and delivering on sales projections.
  • Ability to create engaging presentations that highlight benefits and align with client goals.
  • Exceptional communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
