Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven VP Procurement to join our esteemed organization, committed to empowering individuals in achieving their long-term financial aspirations through personalized wealth management strategies. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to customers' retirement savings accounts.
  • Educate and empower clients without engaging in cold calls or sales activities.
  • Communicate critical updates and modifications to plans.
  • Process contribution adjustments, loans, and withdrawals.
  • Assist clients with general account modifications as necessary.
  • Engage in training to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses.

Required Skills

  • Availability for a 40-hour work week outside of traditional business hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts.
  • An associate degree or higher, along with at least one year of experience in customer service (preferably in sectors such as hospitality, retail, food service, teaching, military, or banking) or two or more years of relevant experience.
  • A willingness to work overtime as business needs dictate.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in financial services or call centers is preferred.
  • Possession of FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses or equivalent is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to learn and apply financial industry policies and procedures.
