Job Overview

We are currently seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team, focusing on enhancing the lives of adults through customized behavioral treatment strategies. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized training and support to staff in Positive Behavior Support methodologies.
  • Collaborate as an integral member of interdisciplinary teams, offering insights on behavioral concerns.
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior treatment plans, ensuring their effective execution.
  • Conduct thorough behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, and deliver precise interpretations.
  • Provide direct behavioral interventions, including skills training, crisis de-escalation, and both group and individual therapies across various environments.
  • Monitor and manage challenging behaviors, fostering a supportive atmosphere.
  • Participate in committees related to Behavior Intervention and Human Rights as required.
  • Ensure services are tailored to meet the distinct needs of each client, in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Uphold adherence to all relevant policies and procedures.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying information effectively in both individual and small group environments.
  • Proven ability to utilize practical reasoning for problem-solving and making informed decisions independently.
  • Proficiency in data entry and meticulous record-keeping is essential.

Qualifications

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is mandatory.
