Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and courteous assistance to client inquiries, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Address basic client concerns while escalating more complex cases to the appropriate team members.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to update account information, resolve issues, and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and management to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Suggest process enhancements to optimize procedures and workflows.
  • Achieve and surpass performance targets while complying with service-level agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting.
  • Background in Medicaid and/or Medicare is highly desirable.
  • Experience in healthcare is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and web browsers (Edge, Chrome).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
