Job Overview

We are actively seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to become a pivotal member of our dynamic team. This remote role will empower you to play a crucial part in the analysis and enhancement of operational, quality, safety, and performance data across our organization. You will be instrumental in shaping business and technical requirements, as well as driving the implementation of reporting tools aimed at improving data quality and promoting the strategic use of data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage the daily intake of requests from business customers, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess and document data requests comprehensively.
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of data collection, from the initial evaluation phase to final approval.
  • Engage in data preparation, cleansing, and workflow analysis to support continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to identify requirements and confirm project scopes.
  • Document and escalate potential risks to data quality as needed.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot various reports and dashboards, ensuring prompt resolution of service requests.
  • Develop and deliver impactful presentations while maintaining standard operating procedure documentation for data management.
  • Continuously assess and refine intake, validation, and issue resolution workflows to optimize operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree is necessary; a Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • 3-5 years of pertinent experience, preferably in healthcare data analytics.
  • At least 2 years of experience in analytics support, business intelligence, or data warehouse environments.
  • Robust data analysis skills encompassing both qualitative and quantitative evaluation.
  • Exceptional communication skills to adeptly gather requirements from business users.
  • Experience in leading meetings and presenting to diverse teams is essential.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project is considered an advantage.
