Your Role in Our Mission

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple teams, focusing on technology-driven processes, financial operations, and cash posting activities.
  • Provide strategic direction to align departmental and organizational goals.
  • Lead initiatives to improve services and customer satisfaction, ensuring projects meet both client and company expectations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for operational issues raised by clients, driving solutions and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Partner with other departments to integrate and enhance service offerings, especially in the financial services sector.

Key Job Functions

  • Supervise a team of both exempt and non-exempt employees, managing day-to-day tasks, recruitment, workforce planning, and employee development.
  • Provide leadership across multiple areas, particularly in financial operations and technology integration.
  • Lead hiring efforts and manage team performance, ensuring progress toward individual and team goals.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery, with processes that are consistently reviewed and updated.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement client changes, focusing on innovative technological solutions.
  • Track performance metrics and ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Present operational data and insights to upper management.
  • Foster a positive, high-performing work environment that encourages growth and rewards success.

What We’re Looking For

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in operations or project management, with a strong background in healthcare and financial operations.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience, including managing teams and overseeing complex operations.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar experience is preferred.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, MS Access, or other database tools.
  • Excellent project management skills with a talent for problem-solving and analytics.
  • Preferred experience in financial and banking operations.

What To Expect

This is a remote position with flexibility in how and where you work. Compensation for this role ranges from \(116,100.00 to \)165,800.00 annually, determined by location, experience, and skills.
