Job Overview

We are in search of a meticulous Claims Management Associate to become a vital member of our team! In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the effective management of claims documents and communication with both providers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and oversee the claims repricing inbox in Outlook, sorting incoming emails efficiently.
  • Organize claims documents by placing them into designated folders with precision.
  • Scan and securely save claims documents to a shared folder for accurate archiving.
  • Execute data entry tasks to ensure records are well-organized and current.
  • Occasionally engage with provider offices and clients to follow up on the status of repriced claims.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional data entry capabilities (skills assessment will be conducted).
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Outlook, particularly in email management.
  • Remarkable organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Capability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Effective communication skills for outreach to providers and clients.
