Monday through Friday

1:30pm - 6pm EST (22.5 hours a week)

19.50-20.00 per hour

Due to specific position requirements, we cannot hire from the following locations for this opportunity: California, Iowa, Illinois, Massachusetts, Montana, New York, Rhode Island, and District of Columbia (Washington DC)

This role is responsible for helping clients register for service, updating current client accounts, answering account and payment inquiries, ensuring the proper escalation of client issues, and more. Knowledge of various music genres is a plus.

Using strong interpersonal and phone skills to provide exemplary customer service to clients and more via phone and email

Utilizing database and/or MS Outlook and MS Word to research and document client files with detail and accuracy

Staying readily available and prepared to accept calls during scheduled shift

Exercising excellent written and oral communication skills to send email summaries and follow up instructions to clients as needed

The ability to work independently and report progress as needed, under tight timelines

Meeting minimum customer service quality standards

Become familiar and able to answer question about company portal (training provided)

Provide additional support and contribute to special projects as needed
