Key Responsibilities

• Representing clients in a wide array of insurance defense matters.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law institution.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in insurance defense, specifically in liability law.
• A valid license to practice law in California.
• A proven history of successful client defense in insurance-related cases.
• Exceptional negotiation, dispute resolution, and advocacy skills.
• Strong research and analytical competencies, with an aptitude for understanding complex legal documents.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively convey intricate legal concepts.
• A high standard of professional ethics and integrity.
• Capability to work independently and manage a substantial caseload in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Over 8 years of First Chair experience in third-party insurance defense cases.
