Job description

Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Oracle Cloud PLM Consultant, where your experience in IT and passion for supply chain and manufacturing operations will be invaluable. This part-time, remote position allows you to apply your expertise in Oracle Cloud PLM and Product Data Hub to lead transformative projects, collaborating with diverse teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud PLM - Product Development (PD) and Product Data Hub (PDH) modules to oversee product lifecycle activities, including product creation, change management, and BOM development.
  • Collect, analyze, and articulate business requirements, converting them into strategic solutions.
  • Design and implement ERP solutions customized for supply chain and manufacturing processes.
  • Execute data migration initiatives, covering data extraction, quality assurance, profiling, transformation, and loading.
  • Develop custom reporting solutions tailored to project specifications.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing activities, including functional, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide support for production cutover and ongoing validation post-launch.
  • Work collaboratively with project teams and external partners to ensure successful project execution within defined budgets, timelines, and quality metrics.

Required Skills

  • 10-12 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 6-8 years focused on supply chain and manufacturing operations.
  • Strong functional and technical acumen in Oracle Cloud PLM, Product Development, and Product Data Hub modules; familiarity with Agile PLM and Data Relationship Management (DRM) is a plus.
  • Proven analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for teamwork and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in driving cross-functional initiatives and projects.
  • Prior experience in the high-tech industry and familiarity with Contract Manufacturing or Configure-To-Order (CTO) products is preferred.
