Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of consultants across varying experience levels, nurturing a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Drive business development initiatives to promote our consulting services and cultivate robust relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
• Manage client engagements effectively by generating proposals and overseeing projects to ensure the delivery of superior consulting services.
• Collaborate with different business units to enhance client interactions and service delivery.
• Employ your strong presentation and writing skills to articulate complex concepts clearly and impactfully.
  
  

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in English.
• Proficiency in transmission and distribution principles, coupled with advanced experience in technical tools such as PSS/E, PSCAD/EMTDC, PowerGEM TARA, or Aspen OneLiner.
  
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering complemented by practical experience in power systems analysis.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in power systems consulting for utilities, ISOs, transmission organizations, or renewable developers.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.
• Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree in Electrical Engineering and experience with NYISO, ISO-NE, PJM, or SPP, alongside demonstrable leadership capabilities.

• Competitive salary range: \(98,980 - \)203,640, inclusive of an annual incentive target. Actual compensation will be determined based on your experience, skills, and location.
