Your missions

Customer Engagement Analyst - Marketing Global 


As a Customer Engagement Analyst at Open English, you will play a key role in identifying meaningful improvements and implementing engagement strategies to the lead and student experience to drive better conversion and retention. 


Your primary objective will be to pull out engagement reports, review the data, provide recommendations and execute improvement plans. 


You will work closely with global teams across the business to implement strategies that boost customer experience.



Key Responsibilities:


Reporting, Data-Driven Analysis & Execution: Monitor key engagement metrics and provide monthly reports. Analyze and optimize referral programs, notifications, pop-ups, WhatsApp messages, and testimonials by executing improvement plans.


Product Updates Rollout & Communication Execution: Support the deployment and communication of the new tools in products and academics pipeline to increase platform usage.


Social Sharing & Brand reputation: Implement strategies to increase goal-sharing on social media platforms and continuously generate positive students testimonials to contribute to Brand reputation.


Content Creation & Technical Skills: Contribute to content creation by providing ideas and accurate briefs for the creative team with a clear direction and expected brand and communication outcomes. Use technical skills to set up engagement tools.
