About the Role

We are seeking an expirienced and organised [TITLE] to support our corporate legal and company secretarial functions. The successful candidate will handle/assist in handling corporate compliance matters, coordinating corporate secretarial duties, drafting basic legal contracts, and performing corporate governance related tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen interest in corporate law, company secretarial work and corporate g


Your Role: 

  • Managing relationships with corporate services providers in Cyprus and abroad, liaising with external legal advisors and government authorities on company law matters when required,
  • Ensuring compliance with local and intragroup corporate requirements, articles and shareholders agreements, proper maintenace of statutory registers and filings with local authorities,
  • Assissting with Board and shareholders communications, preparing agendas, resolutions and minutes meetings,
  • Maintaining internal corporate compliance calendars, preparing and maintaining capital tables, maintaining accurate corporate archives,
  • Drafting, reviewing, and management of basic legal contracts and agreements,
  • Conduct basic legal research and assist with other corporate legal, governance and secretarial matters as required.


What We're Looking For: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Corporate Governance or related field (or pursuing one), or experience and understanding of corporate secretarial practices, corporate law, and basic contracts,
  • Familiarity with corporate governance concept and practices is a plus,
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail,
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

We're hybrid-remote so you should be comfortable picking up new software tools for document drafting, collaboration and communication. Most of your colleagues will not share an office with you on a day-to-day basis.
