We're on the hunt for a proactive and detail-oriented Content Specialist to join our growing Content team, which delivers premium, expert-led SEO content to our B2B SaaS clients.


On top of being a great writer and editor, you should have some experience in SEO, and be comfortable engaging with clients and subject matter experts. You’ll also be expected to run content throughout workflow: from ideation to publication. This role reports directly to our Senior Editorial Lead and will collaborate closely with our SEO department.


You will be:

  • Shift between writing and editing in-depth articles across diverse subjects in B2B SaaS, with minimal oversight (based on client load)
  • Developing comprehensive SEO content briefs for a wide array of topics tailored to our client's needs
  • Participating in editorial workshops with clients to deeply understand their product, ToV, Jobs To Be Done, and staying on top of industry trends
  • Joining fortnightly client calls and being the point of contact for ongoing content work, with support from the team when needed
  • Creating compelling copy for meta titles, calls-to-action, landing pages, and other content 
  • Working with our network of freelance talent and offering constructive feedback on writing and editing work
  • Assisting the Senior Editorial Lead with content operations and quality assurance checks
  • Conducting interviews with subject matter experts (SMEs) to enrich our content with expert insights and information gain
  • Uploading articles into client CMSs


You're the ideal candidate if:

  • You speak native-level English and know how to make content sing. You’re allergic to boring B2B prose and regurgitated facts.
  • You bring 2–4 years of writing experience, 1–2 years of editing experience, and 0–1 year of SEO experience, preferably within an agency setting or a similar environment
  • You’re experienced in producing engaging, research-led, and shareable content (1,500+ words), including articles and guides
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally, and have a track record of effective collaboration and client engagement
  • You're an independent problem-solver who can navigate challenges with minimal guidance
  • You’re comfortable with content operations and project management
  • You're familiar with key SEO tools and platforms, such as Surfer SEO and Ahrefs


Bonus points for:

  • Holding a B.A. or an equivalent degree in English, journalism, or a related field
  • Having prior experience in the B2B, SaaS, startup, or a comparable industry
  • Experience uploading content within a client CMS (Wordpress, Webflow, Sanity, etc). Knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • You have experience with other SEO tools and platforms, like Google Analytics and Google Search Console
