Director, Network SEO

We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Director, Network SEO. This role will be responsible for understanding SEO performance across the Raptive network of 5,200+ sites and driving insights into performance. This role needs a deep understanding of the search landscape and a data-driven approach to uncovering and operationalizing SEO insights.

The key initiatives that this role will oversee will be:

• Measuring and reporting on SEO performance across the network
• Actively uncovering and documenting SEO insights using Raptive data
• Building SEO programs that directly support SEO growth across the network including pilot programs with creators, education programming and more
• Building a pipeline of SEO testing to take advantage of the scale and data that Raptive has access

This role will be an individual contributor role and the ideal candidate will have both deep technical SEO knowledge and strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with creators.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop SEO measurement frameworks to deeply understand SEO performance across our network
• Maintain a central library of SEO insights backed with evidence and data
• Create and oversee an SEO testing program to drive continuous cutting edge insights into SEO performance
• Develop SEO growth programs for the network to drive SEO growth
• Strong POV on SEO industry trends and how we leverage those insights to drive growth for our network
• Perform in-depth network analysis around key events (e.g. algorithm updates)
• Build specific insights into our key verticals (e.g. food creators)

The skills and experience you bring to the job:

• 8+ years of SEO experience
• Deep technical SEO knowledge and skills
• Deep data analysis and reporting skills
• Strong strategic and operational leadership, capable of delivering complex projects.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to internal stakeholders, partners, and clients.
• Experience with SEO for creator sites in the Raptive network a strong plus

The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$155,000. The range provided is Raptive’s reasonable estimate of the annualized base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, geographic location, knowledge, skills and abilities. This role is eligible for additional  incentive compensation that isn’t included in the posted range.
