Here, you’ll care for no more than 30 residents, ensuring personalized and compassionate care in a nurturing environment. Our locally-owned facility is led by experienced nurses who are committed to supporting your professional development and growth.

As a part-time RN, you will provide nursing oversight and contribute to our collaborative effort to enhance the quality of life for our long-term residential care residents.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial and ongoing resident assessments to ensure individualized care.
  • Participate in the creation and supervision of resident care plans.
  • Coordinate and delegate tasks to caregivers, fostering a team-oriented atmosphere.
  • Work closely with the Administrator RN team to maintain quality care delivery and state compliance.
  • Attend care planning meetings and provide guidance to residents and families in care decisions.
  • Serve as the primary advisor to facility administrators on resident care and medication management.
  • Meet weekly with the leadership team to address and resolve care-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid RN license in the state of Oregon.
  • Flexibility in scheduling and work hours.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification is preferred.
  • At least one year of nursing experience is required.

Job Type: Part-time (approximately 40 hours per week)

Pay: \(44.00 - \)58.00 per hour
