Join Our Business Intelligence (BI) Operations Team at St. Luke's!

We are seeking an experienced candidate with a background in warehouse operations, supply chain pricing, and transactional database experience to enhance our growing team.

  • Design, develop, and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using BI tools with Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and Report: Design custom reports, queries, and dashboards from diverse data sources, with a focus on warehouse performance, supply chain pricing, and transactional databases.
  • Collaborate and Prioritize: Work closely with stakeholders in Operations, Warehouse, and Supply Chain departments to understand data needs and develop metrics for data quality and pricing efficiency.
  • Test and Troubleshoot: Participate in testing methodologies, ensuring the functionality and integrity of our reporting solutions and resolving technical issues.
  • Research and Development: Identify and implement new technologies to streamline supply chain and warehouse analytics, crafting business cases for enterprise-wide solutions.
  • Support and Collaborate: Partner with teams across departments to provide exceptional BI support, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights for supply chain operations and beyond.
  • Other supplemental duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with warehouse operations, supply chain pricing, or querying transactional databases.
  • Licenses/Certifications: None

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SQL Proficiency: 2+ years of writing SQL queries.
  • BI Tools: Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
  • Warehouse and Supply Chain Expertise: Experience with inventory management, pricing strategies, or supply chain analysis.
  • Database Expertise: Familiarity with ERP systems and transactional databases, with knowledge of Databricks or similar platforms being a plus.
