Job description

Job Title: Unemployment Coordinator

Job Description

This position is 100% remote and requires working in Pacific Standard Time. The Unemployment Coordinator will coordinate routine projects that support departmental or functional initiatives. Responsibilities include providing calendar support to one or more leaders and/or a team, supporting meetings, training, seminars, and activities for the department, serving as a point of contact for departmental inquiries, assisting with onboarding of new partners, and performing various administrative tasks such as tracking budgets, invoice coding, tracking travel expenses, generating reports and identifying variances, and updating databases. This role requires 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
