Job Summary

As a Generative AI Senior Software Engineer, you will be part of a highly skilled technology and agile team by supporting and developing cutting-edge solutions to meet our business requirements. You will help us accelerate our customers' business results by innovating cutting-edge digital products.

Your responsibilities will include leading and actively participating in the design, development, and delivery of our software projects.

Responsibilities and Duties

Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art generative AI models, including GANs, VAEs, and Transformer-based models.
Optimize model performance and scalability to handle large-scale data and complex tasks.
Collaborate with data scientists to integrate model training and fine-tuning processes.

Qualifications and Skills

Graduates in systems, networks or related fields with +8 years of experience.
Proven expertise in developing and deploying generative AI models, including GANs, VAEs, and Transformer-based models.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, and experience with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Experience with software engineering best practices, including design patterns, code reviews, and testing.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing technical projects and mentoring team members.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to various stakeholders.
