Senior Growth Analyst at BairesDev

We are looking for a Senior Growth Analyst to drive user acquisition by implementing creative growth strategies, experimenting with new ideas, and optimizing processes to ensure scalable, data-driven growth across multiple channels. What You’ll Do:

- Implement and execute user acquisition strategies across multiple channels, ensuring data-driven growth and scalability.

- Engage with online communities (e.g., Reddit, Twitter) to drive brand awareness and increase user engagement.

- Create and manage content for marketing initiatives that align with growth strategies.

- Analyze data to optimize and refine growth strategies, using insights to improve their effectiveness.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of growth initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

- 4+ years of experience working with Growth Hacking or Indie Hacking.

- Experience in the SaaS industry.

- Knowledge of AdSense is a plus.

- Advanced level of English.

- Location: Argentina.
