Job description

Page Personnel are recruiting for fully remote, part time Payroll Coordinator position.

This role will play a key part in ensuring the time and accurate production of payroll for the businesses clients.

Client Details

A fully remote, specialist accountancy business who have a niche client base.

The business has a fantastic culture and although the business works remotely there is a strong emphasis on team spirit and creating a team focused culture.

Description

Payroll Coordinator duties include:

  • Liaising with clients by phone, email, whatsapp & zoom
  • Attending regular meetings to check payroll is on track & flag any concerns or actions required
  • Managing and coordinator the on-boarding process for new clients
  • Collating and processing payroll information from clients
  • Dealing with queries via phone & email
  • Supporting the finance team in setting up direct debits for new clients
  • Process improvement, creation and management

Profile

The Successful Payroll Coordinator Candidate Will

  • Have a proven track record in a similar role
  • Be an excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Be able to work fully remotely
  • Be able to work to tight deadlines
  • Be proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlooks, Word and Excel

Job Offer

A salary of £18,720, fully remote working, 25 days holiday (pro rata), pension etc.
