Job description

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive new sales of our one-of-a-kind SaaS solutions within our Nonprofit verticals in EMEA and APAC. This role supports our sales teams, who focus on the largest NPO prospects, and could eventually lead to a full-cycle Account Executive role within our organization.

What You’ll Do:


  • Collaborate with aligned Account Executive(s) to strategize and solidify new meetings/ conversations with prospects
  • Pro-actively identify qualified leads through research of named accounts and effectively articulate the value proposition of Altrata products
  • Leverage a new-school Sales Prospecting approach that provides value to potential prospects, by leveraging video and other social-selling mediums
  • Create prospect curiosity through personalized call, email, social, and video campaigns

Who You Are:


  • 1-3 years consultative solutions-based sales experience
  • Expertise communicating via phone & email
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Hustle, determination, and a positive attitude
  • Demonstrate business acumen and understanding of how Nonprofit organizations operate
  • Possess the ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
  • Ability to adapt to new situations quickly in a very fast paced industry
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to have major input in defining the success of your role
  • Proficiency in one additional European language is preferred (i.e. French, Italian, German, etc.)
