About the Role

As a Product Specialist at SciLeads, you will play a crucial role in translating the value of our products to our prospects. You will be the go-to expert on our products, providing support to both our prospects and internal teams. Your "prospective customer" facing role will provide you with insights and expertise that help shape the future of our product offerings.

Responsibilities include:

• Product Knowledge: Developing and maintaining an in-depth understanding of our product's features, functionalities, benefits and how they fit our customer needs.
• Sales Support: Assisting the sales team with product demonstrations, technical questions and linking our product features to sales discovery questions/ answers.
• Customer Feedback: Ability to scope and understand prospect's current approach, market trends, and the competitive landscape on sales calls and feedback to our product/ marketing teams.
• Team Selling: Ability to work closely with sales counterparts in a collaborative manner.
  
  

Essential Skills:

• At least 6 months experience using the SciLeads platform
• Experience working in a fast paced environment
• High level of drive and a competitive mindset
• Excellent communication skills
  
  

Desirable Skills:

• An undergraduate degree in a Science discipline
