The Service engineer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for responsible for maintenance and service the instrument for customer satisfaction. 

This position is part of the Customer satisfaction department located in Seoul and will be fully remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time. 

You will be a part of the CS service 1 team and report to the service supervisor responsible for coordinating resources to resolve the problem. If you thrive in a customer supporting role and want to work to build a world-class customer satisfaction organization—read on.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: 

  • Various on-site service activities, including installation and PM of instrument and software upgrades in case of instrument problems
  • Standby for emergency service calls during working hours and on-call duty (including nights and weekends)
  • Maximizing customer satisfaction by adhering to company policies and collaborating with team members and related departments Work collaboration with relevant department

The essential requirements of the job include: 

  • A major in medical engineering or electronic engineering of the same kind with more than 3 years of experience in Automation services
  • Foreign Language: Preferential treatment for those with excellent English speaking, reading, and writing skill
  • Computer utilization: MS Office availability and related program availability 

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: 

  • Possessing technical aptitude and understanding of the diagnostic industry
  • Patience and cooperation for positive minds and complex problem solving
  • Responsibility for one's work & communication skills with customers and colleagues
