Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Business Consultant to join our team in a full-time, remote position. The ideal candidate will guide our clients to achieve their desired outcomes through our virtual assistant services, with a particular focus on the legal industry. This role involves strategizing and implementing processes that enhance client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

As a Legal Business Consultant, you will play a crucial role in fostering relationships between our law firm clients and their representatives. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain regular communication to ensure progress toward the assigned client attorneys' goals. You will offer guidance, support, and advice on various business-related topics, focusing on enhancing the relationship between the attorney or paralegal and their representative. This ensures a seamless and productive partnership and helps law firm owners delegate more effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review progress and resolve issues.
  • Respond promptly to client phone calls and emails.
  • Keep detailed notes in the CRM, documenting client interactions, client progress, and issues.
  • Provide regular progress reports on assigned clients to management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead, facilitate, or participate in group conference calls/webinars as requested, contributing to the overall growth and development of law firm clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with law firm clients.
  • Serve as the main contact for client questions and issues, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Develop strategies to keep clients satisfied and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to better support clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Law, or a related field.
  • hands-on experience working with US based law firms.
  • MBA or Project Management Certifications are highly advantageous.
  • Minimum of five years of corporate or executive leadership experience.
  • Practical, hands-on experience with the startup, BPO's, preferably in the legal industry.
  • Proven experience in starting, managing, and growing a small business, ideally within a professional services industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide individuals to achieve challenging objectives.
  • Experience in systemizing business processes
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a commitment to timely and professional correspondence.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices to effectively support client needs.
