Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical support to Czech-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

  • Keep abreast of product updates and maintain detailed knowledge of services.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Czech (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Prior experience in technical support or customer service is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
  • Positive, customer-focused attitude, dedicated to resolving client issues.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
