Real-time data is revolutionising our lives. Think of the Conduktor platform as the ultimate command centre for all things Kafka: whether that's managing clusters, monitoring data streams, or debugging issues, Conduktor aims to help teams work faster and with fewer headaches.

About the role

As a Field Marketing Manager at Conduktor, you will play a pivotal role in driving our global events strategy and managing partnerships across the US and European markets. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to amplify Conduktor’s brand, generate leads, and ensure our customers succeed. We are looking for someone to join us on a hybrid basis at our New York office.

What will you be doing?
  • Working with our Demand Generation Marketing Manager to create co-marketing campaigns that boost Conduktor’s visibility and help us grow in important markets
  • Providing system integrators and resellers with the tools they need, such as co-branded materials and event support so our message resonates with their customers
  • Taking charge of Conduktor’s presence at global events, conferences, and webinars, targeting key decision-makers like CTOs, CIOs, and engineers
  • Creating event plans that align with our marketing and business goals, focusing on raising brand awareness and generating leads
  • Helping C-level executives prepare for events, from speech writing to key messaging, and ensuring smooth follow-ups to seize opportunities
  • Leading initiatives to empower our customers, organizing workshops and expert talks that enhance their experience with Conduktor while collaborating with the Customer Success team for long-term engagement

  • What experience are we looking for?
  • You have 5+ years of experience in partnerships, events marketing, field marketing, or related roles, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
  • You have strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • You have a deep understanding of B2B marketing, event management, and partnership development
  • You can align marketing strategies with business objectives and drive measurable results.
  • You've delivered marketing campaigns that put the customer first and understand how to hit revenue goals at the same time.
  • You can be scrappy and enjoy getting stuck in. As an early-stage company, we are still building out our growth engine, we want people who are excited about the opportunity to get in on the ground floor.

  • Perks & Benefits
  • Stock options
  • 25 days PTO + public holidays
  • 401k
  • Top-tier private health insurance package
  • Learning and development allowance
  • WFH set up allowance
  • Employee referral scheme
  • Company-wide events and team socials

Fostering an inclusive environment is vital to us, and we want to bring onboard people who share our values. We admire those who love collaborating, strive to learn, and are excited by our mission. If you are interested in this role, we would love for you to apply!
