Salary: $85,000/year

Summary:

CareXM is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead implementations of our care coordination platform and triage services. Implementations will involve clinical workflow mapping, telephony routing and IVR setup, solution design, build and testing, technical integrations of patient data, and operationalizing triage services for our healthcare clients. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and that the solution meets the client’s needs. In this role, you will also manage project risks and be responsible for executive-level communication, while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Software Implementation: Lead all phases of CareXM’s software implementations from planning to go-live.
• Reporting and Communication Plans: Develop and execute effective communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed of project status.
• Client Training and Support: Facilitate the development of training materials and documentation to assist clients in using CareXM’s platform.
• Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct project retrospectives to identify areas of success and improvement in repeatability and scalability.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on healthcare software implementations and technical integrations.
• At least 2 years of experience leading IT projects in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of post-acute healthcare operations is essential.
• Experience in call center operations is a plus.
  
  
  

Skills:

• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially with executive-level stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Technical proficiency in healthcare software integrations (e.g., API, HL7).
