Sr Project Manager

Location/Work modality: LATAM- 100% Remote.

What will help you succeed:

• Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Electronic, Industrial, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. 
• +5 years of experience in Agile, Kanban, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies for IT project management. Being certified would be a huge plus!
  
• Advanced English is required. (It will be assessed)
  
• Experience in the full life cycle of Project and product management for Software Development projects for managing projects in their different aspects (Financial, legal, team, product, satisfaction, allocations, and execution). Being certified would be a huge plus!
• It is also required to have previous experience as a software developer with an understanding of the technical aspects of customized software projects to make better decisions. 
• Knowledge of apps to manage requests (Jira, Trello, Monday.)
• It is nice to know design tools such as Figma.
  
• G-suite tools management.

You´ll be responsible for: 

• Manage projects in their different aspects (Financial, legal, team, product, satisfaction, assignments, and execution).
• Participate in the selection and assignment of suitable people for projects.
• Guide the squad to achieve the objectives set with customers and the product.
• Ensure that deliveries meet functionality and quality requirements.
• Maintain high service standards applied in each of the aspects you lead.
  
• Project budget monitoring.
• Prepare quotes and estimates.
