Your missions

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Guidewire Developer to join our dynamic team, focusing on Billing Center and ClaimCenter implementations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our Guidewire platform to meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development

Design, develop, and implement various Guidewire Billing Center and ClaimCenter functionalities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are aligned with business requirements and technical specifications.
Create and modify screen layouts, wizards, workflows, validation rules, and business rules within the Guidewire environment.

Technical Expertise

Utilize Guidewire tools, accelerators, and predefined plugins to configure and code efficient solutions.
Develop and maintain functionality using Gosu, Java, and Guidewire Studio.
Write and optimize SQL queries for database operations.

Collaboration and Leadership

Work closely with internal customers, architects, and other developers to design and maintain Guidewire platform functionality.
Participate in planning sessions, representing configuration resources and delivery demands.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to skill development within the team.

Quality Assurance and Maintenance

Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Provide ongoing support and resolve technical issues related to Guidewire implementations.
Assess and address technical debt to ensure sustainable and production-ready solutions.

Requirements

Guidewire certification in Billing Center and ClaimCenter
3+ years of experience with Guidewire applications, specifically in Billing Center and ClaimCenter
Strong proficiency in Gosu, Java, J2EE, and SQL
Experience with Guidewire Studio and Guidewire tools
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
