Requirements

As an Oracle ERP technical lead, you will be responsible for reducing costs and supporting innovation at the enterprise level by managing business requirements and leading the functional design, prototyping, and process design stages of Oracle Cloud implementations for our clients. Specific duties include the following:

Client management:

Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients, sponsors, project managers and team members.

Delivery:

Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies;
Work on the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, providing post-go-live support, etc.

Business development:

Develop and maintain contact with decision makers at key clients;
Participate in and lead aspects of the proposal development process;
Contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies.

Thought leadership/eminence:

Develop thought leadership to hare insights and points of view with existing and potential clients.

Technical thought leadership:

Counsel our clients to follow best practices regarding the technical portions of the project.

Technical team leadership:

Lead the team to a successful implementation, both onshore and offshore.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, electrical/computer engineering, or a related field, or foreign equivalent;
3 years of experience:

collaborating with clients on business process enhancements;
reporting to senior client contacts and managing onshore and offshore technical teams.

2 years of experience:

with Oracle Cloud ERP processes and applications;
developing Oracle Cloud implementations and leading technical work streams;
designing, developing, and documenting large-scale integrations between third-party systems and Oracle Cloud applications using Oracle Integration Cloud, SOAP, and REST-based services;
implementing any two of the following: Oracle Cloud ERP modules: General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Project Management and Procurement.
