Job description

Your missions

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
9am-6pm Detroit, MIchigan Eastern Time (9:00pm - 6:00am Manila Time)
Includes 1 hr unpaid break
8 Hours Per Day - 40 hours Per Week

Client Time Zone - California

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and chat inquiries for a dental clinic
Gather customer contact information and details about their request
Remind patients of their appointments, confirm their appointment, reschedule their appointment
Enter information into CRM system
Professionally communicate in fluent English
Warmly transfer calls to other teams/departments

Requirements

Fluent English Speaker: Exceptional English communication skills (minimal accent) are essential.
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer support and in the healthcare field is a must.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer information.
Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to identify issues and provide effective solutions.
Multi-tasking: Capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Computer Skills: Proficient in using computer applications and comfortable with various software tools.
