It’s an exciting time, and to continue our growth, we are recruiting an Enterprise Account Executive to join our Sales Team and help expand our presence in Europe.
What you can expect as an Enterprise Account Executive at Monolith AI:
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Monolith, you’ll play a crucial role in introducing prospects to our Software Solution, guiding them through the Sales Cycle from initial prospecting through to closing. Typically, the companies you’ll be prospecting will be in the Enterprise space, however our solution is adaptable across various sectors and company sizes
Over time, you’ll develop a deep understanding of the Monolith platform. This is a highly technical product in a specialised space so it’s crucial that you’re able to act as a subject matter expert and AI Thought Leader. Of course, as deals progress we’ll have Sales Engineers and other departments to assist you with the most complex technical details.
You’ll collaborate closely with a BDR and work hand-in-hand with Solution Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to close deals. We also attend trade shows across Europe and of course you’d have access to a variety of Sales Enablement tools to make prospecting as seamless as possible.
What would set you up for success coming into this role:
- You have a minimum of five years’ successful experience closing in an Enterprise Sales role (meeting and exceeding quotas).
- You like bringing in exciting new logos, but also expanding opportunities on existing accounts.
- You’re not fazed by the idea of holding a quota which exceeds six figures.
- You have successfully engaged in a consultative sales approach.
- Experience working in a start-up environment is appreciated but not required. We need you to be prepared to pivot quickly and sometimes deal with ambiguity.
- You enjoy collaborating with other teams to get deals across the line. Specifically Customer Success, Marketing, Pre-Sales and Technology.
- You are fluent in both German and English
