Description

monday.com is seeking a Head of Partners Operations to join our Partnerships group and lead an existing team of revenue operations managers and support representatives. monday.com’s partnerships group is a global group in charge first and foremost for indirect sales contributing a key portion of the company’s revenue. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Revenue Operations in a SaaS B2B environment, partner infrastructure, and management and execution skills.


About The Role

  • Lead and manage the Partners Operations team to ensure smooth collaboration between internal teams and channel partners.
  • Be responsible for planning revenue, improving processes in various IT systems such as Salesforce.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize partner operations and revenue performance and drive partner satisfaction.
  • Establish scalable processes for onboarding, training, and supporting partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that support partner success.
  • Analyze partner performance data and provide insights to improve partnerships.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics related to partner operations and performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business/ revenue operations in B2B SaaS companies, or a similar role (+4 years) - Must.
  • Prior experience leading a team - Must
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and partner infrastructure - Advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and experience with BI systems (Looker, Tableau).
