Now Hiring!! Professional Medical Customer Service reps to come join our remote team here with a Fortune 500 company!

Job Title: Medical Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate: $16/hr. Weekly Pay Plus Benefits!

Schedule Availability: Mon-Sat. 8am-10pm CST (MUST BE ABLE TO WORK AN 8-HOUR SHIFT BETWEEN HOURS OF OPERATION)

Start date: OCTOBER 2024

What You Will Do Day To Day…

  • Answer inbound calls and make some outbound calls assisting with medically related inquires.
  • Using computer skills for data entry.
  • Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
  • Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
  • Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.

Requirements

  • Provide positive customer service and empathy.
  • Must have High Speed Internet with modem access.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes (preferred).
  • Excellent customer service skills with a patient-focused attitude.
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
