A Day in the Life:

  • Airtable Implementation: Lead the planning, execution, implementation and successful delivery of an Airtable implementation for a technology driven client. Candidates must have direct experience implementing and using Airtable as part of team or project initiative.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with teams across the organization, including IT, Product Management, HR organization, and other stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery. Identify and mitigate risks and issues as they arise.
  • Resource Management: Manage project resources, including teams, budgets, and third-party vendors, to ensure projects are executed efficiently and within budget constraints.
  • Performance Monitoring: Implement performance metrics and KPIs to track project progress and ensure objectives are met. Report regularly on project status to senior leadership.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and reliability of supply chain processes and mobile app features through rigorous testing and quality assurance practices.
  • Change Management: Drive change management efforts to facilitate the adoption of new processes, technologies, and mobile app enhancements. This includes leading and organizing training needed to achieve the organization’s goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and operational efficiency within the supply chain and mobile development areas.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project updates, timelines, and outcomes to all relevant stakeholders, including executives and team members.

What it takes:

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or PMP.
  • Proven experience utilizing Airtable (required) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday or similar to manage projects.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with beauty or retail industry practices is a plus.
  • True Consultative Leadership skills – Ability to handle complexity and ambiguity with ease, while building cross-functional relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
