Role Overview:
We’re searching for a Temporary Talent Sourcing Specialist to supplement our Corporate recruiting resources over the next 2-3 months.  We are looking for someone available at least 20 hours/week who has at least 3 prior years of experience in corporate recruitment with a particular focus on passive candidate sourcing utilizing a broad range of sourcing strategies such as applicant tracking databases, job boards, social media and professional networking.  Flexible hours and 100% remote (*if currently located in one of the following states:  FL, GA, LA, TN, SC, NC, VA, PA, TX, OH, MN, WI).   
We will consider non-employed independent contractor arrangements if appropriately self-employed.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Sourcing: Leverage your skills to proactively search for and connect with potential candidates using a variety of channels, including social media, industry networks, referrals and specialized job boards. Demonstrate urgency in candidate follow-up using highly professional communication.
  • Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ skills and experience ensuring alignment with our brand and job requirements. Forward/schedule pre-qualified candidates to other HR team members for further evaluation.
Qualifications:
  • Strong sourcing skills with a creative approach to identifying and engaging high-potential candidates, preferably within the apparel retail industry or a related sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidate interest in career opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and technologies, including social media platforms and applicant tracking systems. Experience using UKG recruiting module or similar ATS and access to LI Recruiter highly desirable.
