About The Role

As a Congress Logistics Manager (Meeting Planner), you will play a crucial role in managing suppliers, coordinating logistics for congresses, and ensuring seamless execution of events. Your responsibilities will include supplier sourcing, communication, compliance, contracting, preparing print materials, and conducting post-congress surveys. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and external suppliers to deliver exceptional congress experiences.
