We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Operation Executive to join our team. In this vital role, you will ensure seamless coordination of all operational aspects of our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of e-commerce workflows.

From day to day, you’ll…..

Online Management:

    • Managing and Maintaining our US social media and e-commerce platforms.
    • Coordinate strategies and campaigns with the ecommerce to maximize Shop sales and results
    • Manage online store operations and analyze brand store performance.
    • Managed e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Instagram, etc.

Order Management:

    • Oversee the end-to-end order management process, including order processing, fulfillment, and returns. 
    • Orders and data management go through Shopify.
    • Updating and monitoring product listings, pricing and inventory management.
    • Analyze and review product performance with regular reporting
    • Monitor competitors’ strategy closely and review products in different perspectives

Inventory Control:

    • Take charge of checking and maintaining overseas warehouse and inventories of products
    • Have sound judgement skills and reasoning for maintaining appropriate level of stocks for each assigned platforms/websites
    • Prepping for physical inventory, review history of item records, item received invoices, and work side by side with the third party auditors to check every value within the distribution

Shipping and Logistics:

    • Coordinate with shipping partners to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logistics issues that may arise. 
    • Oversaw operation from supply costs, supply spend, carrier options, LTL options, warehouse availability, and overseas carriers,

Customer Service:

    • Timely respond to the customers' enquiries.
    • Monitor customer feedback, reviews and ratings to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.

Website Operation:

    • Ensure content on the company website is current and relevant, conducting regular reviews of content and making necessary updates.
    • Manage and monitor sales performance
    • Conduct and present KPI report on monthly basis
    • Collaborated with other departments as well like our IT department about the website and system integration.

Requirements

You'll be a great talent, if you are...

  • Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a content creator, video editor, or similar role in a US company or US brand.
  • Proven experience in product video editing, with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates expertise in product video production.
  • Strong writing skills, with experience in creating scripts, articles, and social media content.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Experience in Shopify is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a passion for storytelling
  • Experience in the health and cosmetics (hair care and supplements) industry or a related field is a bonus.
