About the Role

Our client is seeking a junior-level freelance video editor for a short-term project. The task involves overdubbing the audio track of an existing video into the Khmer language. This remote opportunity is ideal for an up-and-coming video editor looking to gain experience in audio synchronisation and multilingual content creation.

Responsibilities:

• Review the provided source video to understand the content and audio requirements
• Synchronise the new Khmer audio track with the existing video footage
• Ensure seamless integration of the overdubbed audio, maintaining proper timing and lip-sync where applicable
• Make necessary adjustments to audio levels and quality for optimal viewing experience

Requirements

• Basic proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
• Understanding of audio editing and synchronization techniques
• Ability to work with multilingual content, specifically Khmer language audio
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
