We are currently searching for a Voice Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and configure Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Call Manager).
  • Administer Cisco Unity Connection.
  • Oversee Cisco Contact Center Enterprise.
  • Configure and maintain voice gateways.
  • Implement and manage SIP trunking.
  • Work with voice codecs.
  • Troubleshoot and solve voice-related issues.
  • Apply network security principles and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 6 - 8 years of experience.
  • Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, and Cisco Contact Center Enterprise.
  • Knowledge of voice gateways, SIP trunking, and voice codecs.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of network security principles.

Desired:

  • Cisco Certifications: CCNA Voice, CCNP Voice, CCIE Voice.
  • Experience with corporate restructuring activities.
  • Ability to create and interpret network diagrams and documentation.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and advancements in voice technologies.

Languages

  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Native Spanish.
